Unlike PTSD, which typically develops from a single traumatic event, CPTSD arises from repeated, long-term trauma, often beginning in childhood.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in working with CPTSD. My goal is to help you navigate through your past, process difficult emotions, and find new ways to cope with the stress and pain that feel overwhelming right now.

Do you ever feel like part of you is stuck, while another part desperately wants to move forward? That internal conflict, the push and pull within yourself, can be exhausting and confusing. Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy can help you find clarity and healing by gently exploring those different parts of you—each carrying its own emotions and experiences.

You might have heard a friend’s transformative story, or come across intriguing articles and videos that sparked your curiosity. Perhaps, despite years of therapy, you feel there's still a deeper level of healing waiting for you. I’m happy you’re here.

In our Brainspotting sessions, we’ll focus on a specific point in your visual field, known as a “brainspot,” that connects to your emotions and memories. By keeping your gaze on this spot, you’ll access and process deep feelings, allowing you to release what’s been stuck and gain valuable insights.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a powerful therapeutic approach that integrates the use of ketamine with psychotherapy to help individuals access deeper layers of healing. In a safe, structured, and supportive environment, KAP can help you work through trauma, depression, anxiety, and patterns that feel stuck, allowing you to reconnect with your authentic self in a new way.

EMDR therapy is a well-researched and effective approach for trauma and emotional healing. It is particularly valuable for those who have found other therapeutic methods insufficient or who struggle to talk about their trauma directly. By engaging both the mind and body, EMDR helps you access deeper layers of healing and promotes faster recovery from emotional distress.

Whether you identify as autistic, ADHD, highly sensitive, or otherwise neurodivergent, my approach is rooted in respect, affirmation, and tailored support that meets your unique needs. Traditional therapy models often overlook or pathologize neurodivergent experiences, leading to frustration and misattunement. My therapy is designed with neurodivergence in mind, providing a space where you don’t have to mask, conform, or explain away your natural ways of being.
The process
02 Assess your readiness
Therapy requires dedication and an openness to engage deeply with your emotions and experiences. It's important that you're ready to commit to this process, even when it feels challenging. Most of the growth happens outside of our sessions—how you apply what we explore together to your day-to-day life is key to lasting change. Your willingness to stay present, practice new skills, and integrate insights into your routine is essential for meaningful progress-and I’ll be here to support you through the process.
01 Initial Consultation
We'll start with a free brief conversation (15 minutes) where we explore your needs, goals, and what brings you to therapy. This is a time to ask questions and get a sense of how I work. Together, we'll see if we're a good fit.
03 Explore and Integrate
In our sessions, we'll work together to explore your past experiences and how they impact your present. Using approaches like depth therapy, IFS, Brainspotting, and somatics, we'll focus on processing emotions, building self-awareness, and developing practical tools for everyday life-making space for you to feel more connected to who you really are in order to live in greater alignment with your core self.
